In this tutorial I'll explain how to create flare background in After effect and make motion with text layer.
also you'll need the CC Light Burst 2.5, Card Wipe and Glow effects.
Step 1
Start by creating a new comp with size is 384 * 288 and "skilline" name, also create soled layer with comp size,"Medium Yellow" color and "base flare" name.
Create new soled with "Dark Green" color, make it comp size and name it "Effect Layer", apply Card Wipe Effect (Effect --> Transition --> Card Wipe) and change value like as below

Step 2
Create new Adjustment Layer (Layer --> New --> Adjustment Layer ) and apply Glow effect (Effect--> Stylize --> Glow) and make the value like as below
Also apply CC Light Burst 2.5 Effect (Effect --> Generate --> CC Light Burst 2.5) and make the value like as below
and make keyframe to Ray RayLength, to see time line click here
Step 3
Make new solid with "360*135" size , "Royal Blue " color and any name , keep it on center and make it above all three layers and change layer mode to "Classic color Dodge".
Duplicate layer "effect layer" and move new duplicate on top (above all four layers) and change mode to Overlay.
Step 4
Create text layer and write on it, apply motion by using Presets (Animation --> Browse Presets --> text folder --> Miscellaneous --> Explosion). now inverse the keyframe in timeline like photo below and for view active keys press u on keyboard.
