Step One create a new composition 360*288 or use the preset you want

Create a new solid 3000*1000

apply grid effect for solid layer from effect --> Generate ,change the value as fig and make the layer for 3D by hit

Create 35mm Camera (Layer-->New-->camera)and

duplicate the solid for four layers

Create 3 lights (Layer --> New --> Light) in your space and fill it as following

Light 1: spot (Medium Royal Blue)

Light 2: spot (Medium Red)

Light 3: Ambient (White)

after great your 3D layer, Now sort all 3D layers and lights as following (using top view)

Make your keys to camera layer as you want, use keys for position, point of interest and Z Rotation by use Orbit tool to move it in your space

make Adjustment Layer over all layers and apply glow effect (Effect --> stylize --> Glow)

now you can create 3D text on your space and render it (you can use the project to be more clear).
